CRM Administration Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Administration Specialist to manage the day‑to‑day administration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce for a leading global language technology company. The role is hybrid, based in Medellín, Colombia, and requires strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Create, update, deactivate, and maintain user accounts, permissions, profiles, and role hierarchies.
• Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, custom fields, objects, and automation such as validation rules, approval processes, and flows.
• Monitor platform performance, system health, and user adoption, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support release and change management activities, including testing, UAT, and deployment validation.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience administering Salesforce.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201) preferred.
