CRM Campaign Specialist (Marketing)

About the role

The CRM Campaign Specialist will design, build, and launch data‑driven marketing campaigns across email, mobile push, and SMS channels. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business objectives into high‑quality, on‑time communications and provide performance insights for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Code, approve, and deploy daily, monthly and ad‑hoc campaigns.
• Lead testing and optimization initiatives, maintaining a backlog and updating stakeholders regularly.
• Use Marketing Cloud and/or Braze for audience selection, trigger qualifications, suppressions, segmentation, and arbitration.
• Create and validate audience segments with SQL.
• Perform quality control to ensure accurate, error‑free campaign delivery.
• Maintain email best practices, including client compatibility, subject line optimization, and image usage.
• Implement AMPscript and dynamic content for personalized, mobile‑responsive emails.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on HTML/CSS email development experience.
• Minimum 2 years managing email execution and campaigns.
• 2‑3 years of SQL experience.
• 2‑3 years working with Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
