About the role
We are launching a new agency focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and advertorials for CPG brands. As a CRO Account Manager you will own the strategy and execution for multiple client accounts, turning data insights into high‑impact tests that drive subscription revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 3–5 client accounts, acting as the primary strategist and point of contact.
- Analyse GA4 data, identify drop‑off points and segment behaviours.
- Use Microsoft Clarity, Heatmap.com or Hotjar to review user recordings and heatmaps.
- Develop full‑funnel strategies that align paid traffic with on‑page CRO efforts.
- Design, launch and manage A/B tests from hypothesis to result interpretation.
- Communicate progress, findings and recommendations to Marketing Directors and founders.
Required profile
- 3+ years of CRO experience within an agency, managing strategy and execution for your own clients.
- Strong proficiency with GA4 and ability to surface key metrics quickly.
- Hands‑on experience with testing platforms such as VWO, Convert or Optimizely.
- Excellent written communication for clear test briefs and client reports.
- Professional presentation skills for senior‑level stakeholder meetings.
