Customer Account Advisor – English (US market)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated English‑speaking Customer Account Advisor to join our Bogota team. You will support US‑based customers of a leading online gambling operator, handling inquiries via chat, email and phone during peak sporting events, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate assistance to customers through live chat, telephone and email.
• Resolve queries related to betting, account management, and responsible gambling.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant internal departments.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Promote responsible gambling practices and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1 level).
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
