Customer Experience & Innovation Consultant Manager

About the role

MPS Group is seeking a Manager to lead Customer Experience and Innovation consulting engagements, helping clients design and deliver connected digital services and products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and articulate client problems, develop value propositions and strategic roadmaps.
• Lead workshops, synthesize research into actionable insights, and shape data/CRM strategies for personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate emerging technologies (web, mobile, voice, chat, kiosks) into service designs.
• Plan, estimate and manage project tracks, ensuring budget, quality and measurable client value.
• Support business growth by contributing to thought leadership and new‑business development.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience developing strategies for connected services and products.
• Proven ability to work in global, fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to revenue generation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM and customer data platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform, Microsoft Dynamics or CDPs.
• Expertise in data strategy, customer segmentation, lifecycle and loyalty modelling.
• Proficiency in service‑design and experience‑mapping techniques.
