Customer Facing Incentives Enabler Lead – GTMC

About the role

As the Customer Facing Incentives Enabler Lead within Sanofi’s Go‑to‑Market Capabilities team, you will drive the global rollout and adoption of Incentive Compensation (IC) processes across markets and MCOs. You will work closely with Business Process Owners, digital teams and local market leads to translate policy into scalable, technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the worldwide deployment of IC processes, ensuring consistent implementation and market readiness.
• Partner with business and digital leaders to convert process designs into scalable solutions on the CREST platform.
• Own the global IC operating model, balancing standardisation with local market requirements.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end deployment planning, milestones and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Influence the IC platform roadmap and drive continuous improvement.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, operational excellence and business impact.
• Build trusted partnerships with global and local teams to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Required profile

• Background in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry supporting commercial operations and sales‑force effectiveness.
• Strong experience managing Incentive Compensation processes, including goal setting, MBO design, calculations and governance.
• Proven track record leading global, multi‑country deployments and large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with digital teams to implement and optimise commercial technology platforms.
• Familiarity with global hub or shared‑services operating models is a plus.
