About the role
As a Customer Partner at Kyndryl, you will act as the strategic architect of relationships with the company’s most significant customers, building deep trusted connections with C‑suite executives to solve complex business challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain high‑value accounts, expanding scope and new capabilities.
- Own the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, integrity and compliance while driving renewals and new offerings.
- Cultivate executive alliances and collaborate with sales teams to manage the end‑to‑end sales process.
- Build go‑to‑market pipelines with partners and provide innovative, industry‑leading solutions.
Required profile
- Experience managing account P&L and end‑to‑end sales processes.
- Strong knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
- Open‑minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
