Customer Service Representative (English C1) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑growing construction and property operations team. Working remotely, you will be the main point of contact for clients, vendors and site managers, ensuring clear communication and smooth resolution of repair and maintenance requests.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound client requests via phone, email, WhatsApp and route them to the appropriate internal team, site manager or vendor.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow‑up and status updates for repairs, leaks, electrical issues, water shut‑offs and unit completions.
• Maintain accurate records of open items using spreadsheets, Trello, BuilderTrend or other approved tools.
• Provide clients with timely updates, photos and final resolution confirmations.
• Escalate cost‑related questions, approvals or unclear decisions to office leadership.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Calm and professional when dealing with urgent or frustrated clients.
• Available to work EST hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST) from Colombia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel).
• Experience using BuilderTrend or similar construction management software.
• Familiarity with Trello‑style boards.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp for business communication.
