Customer Service Representative – English C1, Remote

About the role

Join a growing healthcare services organization as a Customer Service Representative and manage the new‑patient intake process from first contact through authorization, onboarding, and care coordination. You will act as the central point of contact for families, clinical professionals, and internal teams, ensuring each step moves forward smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake workflow from initial contact through insurance authorization, scheduling, staffing, and onboarding.
• Consistently follow up with prospective families, track active leads, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Explain in‑home services, address questions, and handle objections from families.
• Coordinate insurance authorizations with billing and monitor case status.
• Arrange scheduling once cases are approved and ensure clinical staff assignment.
• Communicate with families, doctors, clinical staff, billing, and other stakeholders to gather missing information and resolve issues.
• Participate in video onboarding meetings as a professional company representative.
• Use the company’s phone and text‑messaging systems for outreach and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (C1 level).
• Persistent, organized, and able to manage multiple leads, insurance steps, schedules, and follow‑ups.
• Confident leading conversations with families and clinical professionals, handling objections and moving cases forward.
• Professional and polished presentation during Zoom calls and other interactions.
• Quick learner able to master the company’s insurance processes and workflow.
• General work experience required; prior sales or insurance experience is a plus.
