Customer Service Representative III

About the role

Join Medtronic’s LATAM Customer Service team in Bogotá, supporting customers across multiple markets. You will be the main point of contact for order management, shipment coordination, and issue resolution, working in a hybrid flex model.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, order requests, shipment updates, and service‑related issues.
• Process, validate, and manage customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Track shipments, coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain to resolve delivery problems.
• Manage returns, credits, pricing inquiries, and order adjustments according to established processes.
• Support inventory availability, stock allocation, forecasting, and replenishment activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Quality, Operations and other cross‑functional partners to resolve requests.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain or related operations.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to resolve operational or customer issues.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
