Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused, detail‑oriented professional to join our team in Medellín. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed about their shipments and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. Training will be provided on logistics and documentation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Provide shipment updates, documentation, and status reports.
• Track orders, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and review shipping and export documents accurately.
• Coordinate logistics with carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines, including Ocean Bills of Lading.
• Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and customer accounts.
• Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve order fulfillment efficiency.
• Assist management with special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or administration (preferred, training provided for the right candidate).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
