Customer Service Representative – Outbound Call Center (Sales Focus)

About the role

Join a global contact‑center provider as a remote Customer Service Representative focused on outbound sales. You will engage prospective clients by phone, pre‑qualify them for life‑insurance and final‑expense quotes, and hand them over to licensed sales advisors. This position does not involve selling insurance yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound cold‑calls to prospective clients.
• Build rapport quickly and engage prospects in a professional manner.
• Pre‑qualify leads for life‑insurance and final‑expense quotes.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
• Gather accurate customer information and transfer qualified prospects to licensed advisors.
• Maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset with comfort speaking to new people daily.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
• Strong communication, active listening, and objection‑handling skills.
• Experience in pre‑sales, appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, self‑motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Adaptability to different projects and campaigns.

What we offer

• Base pay of $3.98 per hour (approximately $788 per month based on 198 hours).
• Performance bonuses up to $500 USD per month.
• Paid overtime for approved extra hours.
• Paid one‑week virtual training (2–3 hours per day).
• Full‑time schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT, 5 days a week (weekend shifts occasional).
• Remote work with required technical setup (Windows 11/macOS, 8 GB RAM, USB headset, 30 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload internet).
