Customer Specialist – Acute Care & Monitoring Services

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Customer Specialist to support Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) HCP/HCO services. The role will act as a central point of contact for healthcare professionals, organizations, and internal teams, ensuring smooth processing of grants, donations, contracts, and payments while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intake, documentation, tracking, and closeout of HCP/HCO grants, donations, sponsorships, contracts, and payments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional reviews with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Medical Education, Marketing, Sales and other partners.
• Validate request completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for all transactions and related correspondence.
• Support HCP/HCO engagement processes, including honoraria, letters of agreement, and follow‑up materials.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding status, documentation needs, and timelines.
• Track program milestones, payment status, deliverables, and reconciliation items to ensure timely completion.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Assist with reporting, audit readiness, and quality/compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting operational, administrative, or program coordination processes in a regulated environment such as healthcare, pharma, MedTech, or finance.
• Proven ability to manage documentation and contractual workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
