Customer Success Manager

About the role

Ensure the long‑term success and satisfaction of clients after they go live on Odoo. You will own client relationships, renewals, support coordination, and expansion readiness, keeping every client healthy, supported, and positioned for continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own post‑go‑live client relationships and build strategic partnerships.
• Manage renewal cycles, drive retention strategies, and oversee expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate support, handle issue resolution and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to optimise deployed solutions for clients.

Required profile

• 2–5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support Management or similar client‑facing role.
• Experience in SaaS, ERP, consulting or software implementation environments.
• Empathetic, structured, relationship‑driven with strong communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver, organized and able to manage multiple accounts in parallel.
• English and Spanish proficiency required; French a strong plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo, NetSuite, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms.
• Technical or functional understanding of business processes such as finance, operations, and supply chain.
