Customer Success Manager (Lead Account Manager)

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a strategic, high-energy Lead Account Manager to lead client success for its client, a fast-growing wellness company focused on metabolic science and personalized medical optimization. You will oversee a book of 140 businesses and manage a dedicated team of four account managers, raising the client experience, ensuring rapid response times and driving growth for partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of four account managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of 140 client accounts, keeping satisfaction and retention high.
• Monitor and optimize SLA response times.
• Analyze client feedback and surveys to improve service and adjust strategy.
• Identify and execute account growth and expansion opportunities.
• Act as the main escalation point for client needs and team challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in account management.
• Proven leadership experience or demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
• Ability to work EST-aligned hours with flexibility for core team overlap.
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume client portfolios.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
