Data Migration Specialist

About the role

Doctoralia is looking for a Data Migration Specialist to join its Colombian team. You will ensure that new healthcare professionals and clinics are onboarded with clean, standardized data ready for immediate use on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, map, clean, and standardize incoming data from various sources (software exports, Excel, CSV, databases).
• Execute and monitor full data loads, applying post‑loading quality controls to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive health data in line with Colombian regulations.
• Provide technical assistance to clinics and internal teams during the import process and resolve incidents.
• Identify recurring issues, develop scripts and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to document processes, report system limitations, and test new import solutions.

Required profile

• Higher education in technology, data, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data migration, technical support, or implementation.
• Advanced English (B2/C1) – mandatory.
• Residency in Bogotá, Colombia.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Programming logic for automation, preferably Python or R.
