Data Quality Management – Expert Project & Transformation

About the role

The Data Quality Management Expert ensures accurate, compliant master data for finance processes across the Americas, supporting transformation projects and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own key transformation projects such as e‑invoicing, acquisitions and account merges.
• Manage the master‑data lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global standards, GDPR and SOX.
• Conduct periodic data reviews, quality checks and reporting to drive data‑quality improvements.
• Support user‑acceptance testing, system integrations and clean‑up activities across geographies.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Legal, IT and global governance forums to ensure data alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management or finance processes.
• Strong knowledge of master‑data governance for finance (suppliers, customers, chart of accounts, etc.).

Required skills

• ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• MDM tools experience (SAP MDG, Informatica, Reltio).
