About the role

Inspire Brands is expanding its data science capabilities as part of a digital transformation and customer‑engagement strategy. The Data Science Manager will lead a team focused on marketing, personalization, and recommender systems to deliver AI‑driven solutions across the company’s restaurant portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Manage a team of data scientists working on marketing, personalization, and recommender systems.
Collaborate closely with digital marketing and CRM teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
Apply and adapt team management styles such as Scrum, Agile, and Kanban.
Oversee two direct reports (data scientists) and ensure their professional growth.

Required profile

Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, think strategically, and coach highly technical staff.
Deep working knowledge of relational databases.
Fluent English proficiency.

Required skills

Proficiency in at least three of the following tools: Spark, Python, R, SQL, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong experience with relational databases.
