Delivery Director – Lead Global Delivery Operations

About the role

Dev.Pro is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Delivery Director to lead delivery operations for major client accounts across FinTech, Retail and Hospitality. You will shape processes, ensure high‑quality delivery and foster a strong, engaged team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery for major client accounts, guaranteeing timely, high‑quality solutions and managing escalations.
• Align with clients on project outcomes, monitor satisfaction and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in revenue and margin planning, optimize resource utilization and align delivery costs with revenue targets.
• Collaborate with CTO and Marketing to develop new technical capabilities and service offerings.
• Support sales activities, including presentations, proposals, pricing and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project and program management in software product or IT application management.
• Experience managing 100‑150+ people and $10‑15M annual budgets.
• Proven leadership, change advocacy and executive communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, decision‑making and accountability for delivery profitability.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.
• Experience with cloud computing, data management and full‑stack engineering.
• Familiarity with delivery metrics such as profitability, utilization, CSAT and quality.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe or ITIL (preferred).
