Delivery Lead – Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

About the role

The Delivery Lead – RGM / Commercial Analytics will own end‑to‑end delivery of Revenue Growth Management programs for global CPG and retail clients, bridging commercial strategy, advanced analytics and execution excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own multi‑workstream RGM programs covering pricing, promotion effectiveness, trade spend governance, assortment optimization and net revenue analytics.
• Translate ambiguous commercial challenges into structured analytics problem statements and design actionable frameworks.
• Partner with data engineering, data science and product teams to ensure solutions are scalable and production‑ready.
• Lead senior stakeholder engagements, governance forums and value reviews, acting as a trusted RGM advisor.
• Mentor and grow a team of 10–20 analysts and consultants, driving capability uplift and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• 12 ± 1 years of overall experience with at least 8 years in analytics delivery.
• Proven track record delivering RGM/commercial analytics for CPG or retail clients and managing multi‑client, multi‑workstream programs.
• Strong ability to connect analytics to commercial decisions and influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of commercial data models (pricing, promo, trade, mix, assortment).
• Experience with cloud and data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS.
• Hands‑on expertise with BI/visualisation tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik.
