Delivery Manager for Large-Scale IT Outsourcing

About the role

Dev.Pro is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a major global IT outsourcing account. You will oversee delivery for more than 10 teams and 100+ specialists, ensuring stable, high‑quality outcomes while building trusted client relationships. The role combines operational leadership with strategic decision‑making in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain delivery stability by monitoring KPIs, managing workflows, and resolving operational issues.
• Oversee quality control to ensure projects meet technical expectations and delivery standards.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive communication and reliable service.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks early, coordinate corrective actions, and support client growth initiatives.
• Manage daily team operations, providing guidance to direct reports and supporting career development.
• Handle budgets, optimize costs, and support hiring to ensure effective resource allocation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within software development outsourcing.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi‑team engineering organizations (100+ specialists).
• Strong client communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills with senior stakeholders.
• Upper‑Intermediate or higher English proficiency and willingness to travel internationally 3‑4 times per year.

Required skills

• Advanced understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Practical experience managing delivery financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and P&L.
• Experience with offshore or nearshore delivery teams is desirable.
