Delivery Manager

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Delivery Manager with strong AI knowledge to lead complex projects from inception to delivery. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring initiatives align with company objectives and are executed smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Take projects from early stages through final delivery, tying outcomes to broader company goals.
• Serve as the primary contact between internal personnel and external partners throughout project timelines.
• Set realistic deadlines, milestones, and resource allocations while monitoring multiple active projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, conduct status meetings, and communicate updates to executives.
• Maintain strong client relationships to stay informed of shifting priorities and deliverables.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams, enforce quality controls, and adjust scope, budget, or schedule as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a technical engineering field.
• At least two years in senior, lead, manager or owner roles.
• Proven success leading teams of five or more full‑time members.
• Extensive solution architecture expertise combined with applied AI knowledge.
• Functional Python scripting ability and solid understanding of core AI technologies.
• Experience in digital project management, cloud platform delivery, and digital marketing project execution.
• Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
