Delivery Manager – Remote

About the role

Factored is seeking a strategic Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high‑impact, complex projects for U.S. clients. This fully remote position requires end‑to‑end ownership of project lifecycles, ensuring technical and business goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, from scope definition to final release, meeting time, budget, and quality targets.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communicating status and risks, and ensuring client input drives decisions.
• Drive agile delivery: plan sprints, manage release calendars, facilitate go/no‑go decisions, and adapt plans based on feedback.
• Lead engineering teams, unblock impediments, run effective stand‑ups and steering meetings, and maintain high velocity.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and provide executive‑level visibility through steering committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile (CSM) certifications strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and mentor junior project staff.
• High emotional intelligence with composure in ambiguous, high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana or Monday.com.
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies and traditional project management frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset for ROI reporting and profitability analysis.
