Demand Generation Marketer

About the role

As a Demand Generation Marketer you will own the hands‑on execution of programs that generate qualified pipeline for a fast‑growing B2B technology company serving leading e‑commerce brands. You will work directly with leadership to turn high‑level growth priorities into campaigns that attract the right audience and drive booked sales meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute demand‑generation campaigns across content, webinars, email, and paid acquisition, accountable for qualified leads, booked demos, and pipeline.
• Build a content‑led demand‑generation program across LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, long‑form content, and podcasts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end webinar program, from topic development to post‑event follow‑up.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Build and optimise landing pages and conversion paths using Webflow or similar platforms.
• Track funnel and channel performance (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, pipeline) and adjust investment accordingly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on demand‑generation or growth‑marketing experience, preferably on a lean team of 1‑4 people.
• Background in B2B SaaS/technology and experience marketing to mid‑market or large e‑commerce/retail companies.
• Proven track record of personally owned programs delivering qualified leads, booked demos, opportunities, or revenue.
• Strong content‑marketing experience with a focus on demand generation rather than pure engagement.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation/CRM platform).
• Webflow or similar landing‑page/CMS platform.
• Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
• Email marketing and nurture sequence creation.
• AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents.
