Demand Planner – IBP Project (Colombia)

About the role

The Demand Planner will drive transformational projects within the Demand Planning function, supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) across the region. Based in Cali, the role works in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of new IBP and S&OE processes and systems across clusters or specific countries.
• Analyze historical demand data and forecasts to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business, technology, and strategy teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Document processes, findings, and actionable recommendations.
• Train and support stakeholders in using new models, ensuring smooth change management.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a highly analytical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and managing transformational planning projects.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of IBP and S&OE processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
