DevOps Engineer

About the role

You will play an active role throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring products and deployments meet quality standards. You will collaborate with global teams, share knowledge, and stay current with emerging technologies in software, computer engineering, and test automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Grafana dashboards for operational insights.
• Use Prometheus (or equivalent) to monitor deployment health.
• Develop automated runbooks for common operational tasks and support escalations.
• Act as an operations liaison with developers and customers.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and team knowledge.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and deployment systems.
• Test and monitor implemented designs, continuously improving metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and educate teammates on development and operations best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a software product development environment.
• Customer‑facing operations experience on Cloud and Mobile platforms.

Required skills

• Scripting languages: Go, JavaScript, Python.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure.
• Infrastructure tools: Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
• Operating systems: Windows, Linux.
• Experience with CloudOps / SRE practices and automated testing tools.
