DevOps Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑growing technology company on a fully remote basis (LATAM or North America). You will work with a highly technical engineering team to design, build, and operate modern cloud‑native infrastructure that supports mission‑critical applications worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across production environments.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers to enhance developer experience.
• Automate provisioning using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support security, compliance, and disaster‑recovery processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven ability to build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work fully remote.
