Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, client‑focused Digital Account Manager to join our Managed Service team. You will be the primary point of contact for brands running UGC and influencer marketing campaigns, guiding them from onboarding through final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to campaign execution.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships, address concerns, and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end influencer campaign delivery, coordinating with Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, Motion Designers and Paid Media Specialists.
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed.
• Assist brands in developing high‑performing ad creative concepts for influencer and paid‑social campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, client success or project management, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, user‑generated content and paid social media.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative, remote setting.
