Digital Ads Specialist

About the role

A Digital Ads Specialist is needed to manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including the allocated budget, so that qualified leads are generated at the lowest possible CPL, CPA and CAC. The role is fully on-site in the city and office, and requires 1 to 2 years of proven experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch campaigns on Google Ads (Search and Display), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
• Segment campaigns by city or region, audience profile, program, device and schedule; on LinkedIn, by job title, industry and company size.
• Conduct keyword research, defining match types and maintaining negative keyword lists.
• Write ads and creatives: RSAs and extensions on Google, Lead Gen Forms on LinkedIn and short-form video on TikTok.
• Apply advertising strategies such as remarketing, lookalike audiences, funnel-stage campaigns, brand vs. competitor campaigns, ABM on LinkedIn, email marketing and seasonal campaigns aligned with the admissions calendar, and run A/B tests.
• Manage the daily budget within the cap, adjusting it according to results.
• Optimize using the data provided and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports with findings and improvements.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience running paid campaigns with a budget.
• Bachelor's or technologist degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field; equivalent demonstrable experience is also accepted.
• English level B2.
• Nice to have: experience in education or admissions, and Google Ads certifications.

Required skills

• Strong command of Google Ads, and working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
• Solid skills in keyword research, market research and market segmentation.
• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets.
• Nice to have: advertising copywriting, Adobe, CapCut, Figma and Canva, AI tools and database automation.
