Digital Insurance Project Manager

About the role

As a Digital Insurance Project Manager at CoverGo, you will lead the implementation of new and existing projects within the company’s operations, driving transformation in the insurtech industry.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal and client teams.
• Support solution proposals, proposals, and PoCs.
• Manage project progress, adapt work as required, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Host regular project reviews and create reports using company metrics.
• Oversee project documentation and manage issues, risks, and dependencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (optional).
• At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the insurance domain.
• Strong client‑facing experience.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Must be based in Canada.
