Digital Marketing Assistant – Paid Media Focus

About the role

J&Y Law, a fast‑growing plaintiff personal injury and elder‑abuse law firm in Los Angeles, is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support paid‑media, content, email and social campaigns. The role is hands‑on and focused on generating qualified leads and improving conversion performance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor paid‑media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube and other platforms.
• Perform daily optimizations, audience targeting, retargeting, and ad‑creative testing.
• Improve key metrics such as CPA, conversion rate and ROI through A/B testing of creatives, copy and landing pages.
• Analyze lead quality and conversion trends with the intake team to refine targeting and messaging.
• Assist in managing monthly ad‑spend budgets, ensuring efficient pacing and shifting spend toward top‑performing campaigns.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, dashboards and CRM systems; produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the U.S. Marketing Director, intake staff and operations across time zones.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of hands‑on paid‑media experience, preferably in a law‑firm or professional‑services environment.
• Detail‑oriented, accountable and committed to delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify under‑performing campaigns and implement corrective actions quickly.
