Digital Marketing B2B HubSpot Growth Marketing and Automation Manager (Remote)

About the role

The B2B HubSpot Growth Marketing Manager will lead the ideation and execution of B2B marketing and customer‑journey initiatives for Logical Media Group’s clients. Working remotely, you will partner with account and sales teams to design high‑impact, data‑driven programs that drive growth and improve client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional account teams to launch and manage omni‑channel marketing initiatives from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop and implement cross‑channel programs aligned with core business KPIs and key moments in the customer journey.
• Lead strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and program performance.
• Oversee creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and related infrastructure to optimize campaign performance.
• Build custom multi‑channel reports, define success metrics, and identify opportunities for efficiency and impact.
• Maintain data hygiene and list integrity, managing integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, and other platforms.
• Participate in campaign planning, managing timelines, budgets, progress reports, and copy as needed.
• Identify target customer segments, design loyalty and engagement programs, and ensure ROI‑positive results.
• Mitigate risks related to CRM changes and support account managers in aligning client expectations with deliverables.

• Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and growth strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable programs.
