Digital Marketing B2B HubSpot Growth Marketing & Automation Manager

About the role

Logical Media Group is looking for a B2B HubSpot Growth Marketing and Automation Manager to design and execute high‑impact digital strategies for our clients. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from ideation through launch, ensuring measurable growth and seamless collaboration between sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional account teams to plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel B2B campaigns.
• Develop and implement data‑driven programs that align with client KPIs and key moments in the buyer’s journey.
• Lead strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and track performance.
• Design and manage emails, forms, landing pages, and reporting dashboards.
• Build custom multi‑channel reports, maintain data hygiene, and oversee CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
• Identify target segments, create loyalty and engagement programs, and mitigate risks related to CRM changes.
• Support campaign planning, budgeting, timelines, and copywriting as needed.
