Digital Marketing & Content Specialist – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to boost NILO®’s online presence and e‑commerce sales across the US market. Working remotely from anywhere in LATAM, you will combine influencer marketing, paid media management, and content planning to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage influencers aligned with the brand, negotiate collaborations and manage deliverables.
• Create, launch and continuously optimise Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust targeting, creatives and budgets to maximise reach and conversions.
• Collaborate with the Brand Designer to plan monthly social‑media content calendars and generate ideas for reels, TikToks and trending formats.
• Produce briefs, captions and creative direction for campaigns and video content.
• Prepare bi‑weekly and monthly performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social‑media trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and independent remote‑working skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
