Digital Marketing Intern (Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Creative, Retail & R&D)

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern in its Medellin office. This is a paid internship of at least 6 months, 40-42 hours per week, with the possibility of working on-site or hybrid. The internship covers several areas of digital marketing, including Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Creative, Retail Media and Research & Development.

Key responsibilities

• Paid Media: learn how digital advertising campaigns work across platforms, using data and strategy to drive performance.
• SEO: explore how brands improve their online visibility through search engine optimization, content strategies and data insights.
• Social Media: help brands connect with their audiences through social media strategies, content and digital trends.
• Creative: contribute ideas and concepts that make brands stand out.
• Retail Media: learn how brands grow their presence on digital retail and e-commerce platforms.
• R&D: explore emerging trends, innovative technologies and new opportunities in digital marketing.

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Analytical, creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating in English at B2+/C1 level and interested in collaborating with international teams.
