Digital Marketing Lead (Hybrid, Medellín)

About the role

Arvenda is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead in Medellín, working a hybrid schedule. The role treats growth as a system: strategy, paid acquisition, automation in GoHighLevel and the dashboards that prove it worked. Marketing is described as a revenue function, so your decisions are tied to pipeline and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the end-to-end digital growth roadmap tied to revenue and demand-generation targets
• Build and scale the lead engine: capture, nurture and hand off qualified pipeline to Sales
• Develop and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality pipeline from U.S. B2B prospects
• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and own budget allocation and ROAS targets
• Drive organic and paid search strategy, including keyword strategy, content alignment and search reporting
• Build and manage pipelines, nurture flows, scoring and lifecycle campaigns in GoHighLevel, and create automated workflows
• Define KPIs, build dashboards and turn data into decisions for leadership

Required profile

• Hands-on experience managing campaigns, pipelines and automations in GoHighLevel
• B2B marketing experience with U.S. companies
• Proven track record leading digital growth with measurable results (pipeline, CAC, ROAS, conversions)
• Hands-on command of paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and SEO/SEM
• Proven experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
• Experience with cold email campaigns: outreach, deliverability and conversion
• Intermediate English (B2), written and spoken
• Based in Medellín and available for a hybrid model; active U.S. visa and familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo or similar tools are a plus

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,600-$1,800 USD per month depending on experience
