Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Benson Law APC, you will drive digital growth and amplify the firm’s impact through strategic content creation and paid media initiatives. This full‑time remote position focuses on short‑form video, social platforms, and data‑driven advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and publish short‑form video (60‑90 s) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels using DaVinci Resolve and Descript.
• Maintain a content calendar, design thumbnails and graphics in Canva, and adjust posting cadence per platform.
• Analyze weekly performance metrics, extract insights, and refine strategy.
• Manage Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) – targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and performance tracking in Google Analytics.
• Lead vendor selection and ongoing management for a Webflow website redesign, ensuring the site reflects the firm’s positioning.
• Submit all creative assets to the attorney for brand review before publication.

Required profile

• Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent) and strong Canva skills.
• Hands‑on experience running Meta ads and interpreting Google Analytics reports.
• Experience coordinating web vendors, preferably with Webflow.
• Platform‑native instincts for TikTok versus YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent English comprehension for editing legal content.
• Self‑directed, organized, and able to overlap at least 4 hours with PST daily.
