About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the optimization and growth of our online presence. The role is fully remote and focuses on hands‑on management of our website, improving organic traffic, and enhancing conversion pathways.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve website performance and user experience.
- Build, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and thank‑you pages.
- Implement SEO best practices, including metadata, redirects, and URL structure.
- Drive CRO initiatives, optimizing funnels and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Analyze digital performance using GA4, HubSpot Reporting, and Looker Studio.
- Prioritize and execute a backlog of website requests independently.
Required profile
- Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot CMS.
- Proven ability to build and update website and landing page assets.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital analytics.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and capable of managing tasks without supervision.
