Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Search & Social)

About the role

A remote, full-time Digital Marketing Manager leads the planning, optimization and management of paid search programs on Google and Bing and paid social media on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. The role acts as subject-matter expert, driving paid media results through analytical skills and creative thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Work with leadership to build a scalable paid media process for the agency and its clients
• Turn clients' business goals into measurable paid media strategies that drive leads and patient acquisitions
• Cultivate strong client relationships and act as the go-to expert on paid search best practices
• Optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Bing and social platforms, developing bid, keyword and targeting strategies
• Run daily operations including bid, keyword and audience optimization, and test hypotheses to scale winning strategies
• Report on paid media performance and recommend improvements

Required profile

• 4-7 years of digital marketing management experience in an agency or similar setting
• Fluent English (C1 level); Spanish is required
• Medical marketing experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, professional and a collaborative team player

Required skills

• Social ads on Meta and search ads on Google/Bing
• Keyword research, bid optimization and landing page optimization
• A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Performance reporting and client presentation
