Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch and optimise paid‑media campaigns that generate high‑quality leads. The role will collaborate with demand generation, sales and product teams to ensure our online presence drives pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise paid lead‑generation campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy and continuously analyse performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and leverage new channel features.
• Work with web developers to improve site structure, landing pages and forms for conversion.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing to boost campaign results.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, Looker Studio or Google Analytics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Build and manage lead‑nurturing workflows in HubSpot and ensure accurate data capture.
• Evaluate third‑party lead sources, request credits for unqualified leads and report vendor performance.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, ABM, Customer and Product Marketing to align digital programs with pipeline goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Certified in Google Ads (required) and optionally Meta Blueprint.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimisation.
