Digital Media Buyer Trainee (Entry Level)

About the role

JOIN our fast‑growing performance branding agency as a Digital Media Buyer Trainee. You will gain hands‑on experience across paid social, search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer and retail media while supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support client marketing efforts across multiple channels and deliver performance‑driven strategies.
• Communicate with clients via email and meetings to align on goals and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, launch and optimise campaigns.
• Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Assist with A/B testing, consumer research and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide creative and copy recommendations and help implement best‑practice technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest in a career in performance‑driven digital marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional statements).
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
