Digital Media Buyer Trainee (Performance Marketing)

About the role

Join WITHIN as a Digital Media Buyer Trainee and gain hands‑on experience across a full suite of performance‑marketing channels. You will work with a diverse client portfolio, supporting paid social, search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Support the creation and management of paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing.
• Collaborate with demand‑side platforms to execute programmatic display, video, and native ads.
• Help design email marketing flows, segment audiences, and run A/B tests.
• Contribute to affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media strategies.
• Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Communicate with clients to align on strategy, goals, and results.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience using Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
• Basic understanding of programmatic DSPs.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
• Awareness of SEO, affiliate, influencer, and retail media concepts.
