Digital Trainer – Meta Business Education

About the role

Join Meta's Business Education team to deliver high‑quality digital marketing training to audiences across the Americas. You will design and present both virtual and in‑person sessions that help customers and partners master Meta advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online, recorded eLearning and on‑stage training on Meta advertising and digital marketing.
• Travel within the Americas region to run in‑person workshops and special projects.
• Coach partner trainers and act as a training‑of‑trainers (TTT) resource.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Meta advertising products and ensure training materials align with Blueprint initiatives.
• Manage the Meta Certifications portfolio and oversee quality assurance of translations.
• Own end‑to‑end project workstreams, setting pace and seeking leadership input when needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in training, client‑facing sales or public‑facing roles.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.
• Self‑driven with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Fluent in Spanish and basic business‑level English.
