About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead its commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will shape revenue growth for both group and individual segments while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement a commercial sales strategy aligned with the hotel’s marketing plan.
Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets.
Ensure departmental objectives are met, including those of Sales Managers and Executives.
Integrate sales tactics with market demand trends to optimise revenue per available room.
Identify and maximise revenue opportunities across all hotel outlets.
Analyse market trends to drive sustainable and profitable results.
Negotiate key contracts to maximise revenue potential while maintaining brand standards.

Required profile

Valid Colombian work visa or work permit.
Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality sales.
Strategic mindset with a passion for excellence.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to inspire teams.
