Director, LATAM AMS Operations

About the role

Brink’s is seeking a Director to lead the operational enablement of ATM Managed Services (AMS) across Latin America. This regional position works closely with market leaders, global operations, product teams and vendors to drive best‑practice adoption, automation and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives, applying Lean and continuous‑improvement methodologies across the LATAM AMS portfolio.
• Partner with country leadership to align priorities, support major customer onboarding projects and ensure effective operational support.
• Collaborate with Global Operations, Solution Delivery and Product teams to provide expertise and resources for successful service delivery.
• Drive automation, scalability, cost optimisation and quality improvements throughout the ATM value chain, including first‑time‑fix rates, technician performance and parts management.
• Manage regional vendor contracts, oversee performance and lead risk‑management activities such as fraud mitigation.
• Identify opportunities to transition activities to shared services and develop regional talent.
• Produce monthly KPI reports and support strategic projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or postgraduate studies preferred.
• 10+ years of operational experience in ATM services, cash operations, managed or field services.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and ability to influence across a regional environment.
• Proven track record in process improvement, operational transformation, vendor and risk management.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
