Director, Media – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Media to lead our Marketing Services team. Based remotely in Colombia, you will design and manage sophisticated multi‑channel media ecosystems that deliver measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic media lead for key clients, overseeing strategy from planning through execution.
• Partner with internal media teams and discipline leads to ensure alignment and high performance.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day media contact, providing data‑backed recommendations and executive‑level reporting.
• Collaborate with client services on business development and portfolio growth.
• Design and execute integrated media plans that meet long‑term KPIs and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign operations, including vendor negotiations, contract development, and budget management.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing media team.
• Maintain momentum in fast‑paced environments, making real‑time pivots based on performance data.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience leading or supporting media strategy development and activation.
• 5+ years managing digital marketing or media delivery teams across performance channels.
• Strong command of the media and digital ecosystem with the ability to create thought‑leadership assets.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale marketing strategies across multiple teams.
• Excellent real‑time strategic thinking and client‑facing skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with DV360.
• Experience using The Trade Desk platform.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Nielsen data and analytics.
