Director of RevOps and GTM Engineering

About the role

Forte Group is building a RevOps and GTM Engineering function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO and founder, you will own the end‑to‑end commercial performance engine, drive AI adoption, and ship automations that accelerate revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Map, document, and own the lead‑to‑cash funnel, define stage criteria, and build executive reporting on revenue, pipeline, conversion, and forecast accuracy.
• Administer Salesforce configuration, design territories and quotas, and manage sales compensation modeling with Finance.
• Own the GTM tech stack, integrate tools (enrichment, intent, conversation intelligence), and run vendor evaluation and rollout.
• Design and implement AI‑driven automations for lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and outbound sequencing using n8n, Make, Zapier, Salesforce Flow, or custom scripts.
• Measure impact of AI tools and automations against funnel or productivity metrics and provide data‑driven fixes for pipeline issues.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in sales ops, RevOps, marketing ops, or GTM engineering, preferably in B2B technology or services.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Salesforce (fields, flows, validation rules, permissions) and delivering end‑to‑end funnel reporting.
• Proven track record of building and shipping real automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, Salesforce Flow, or custom scripts).
• Active daily use of AI tools and experience applying LLM or AI agents to production workflows.
• Strong data fluency with SQL and the ability to write precise technical specifications.
