Director of Source to Pay & Procurement Operations

About the role

adidas is seeking a Director to lead the Source to Pay (STP) and Procurement Operations for its Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Bogotá. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end STP processes across North and Latin America, ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the GBS STP and Procurement organization in Bogotá.
• Design, align, and communicate STP strategy while leading its deployment across NAM and LAM.
• Collaborate with P2P, I2C, and R2R teams to translate business needs into clear STP and PO requirements.
• Lead high‑impact discussions with Financial Directors and senior global leaders to influence strategy and priorities.
• Represent GBS Bogotá in global STP and Procurement forums, driving performance, engagement, and talent development.
• Oversee continuous‑improvement initiatives and act as third‑level escalation point for process issues.
• Define yearly objectives, OKRs, and strategic direction for the STP function.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in procurement, source‑to‑pay, or related operational functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and drive performance.
• Excellent communication and change‑management capabilities.
