Distributor Partner Manager

About the role

The Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) is responsible for executing the region’s annual business plans, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking KPIs with distributor partners. The role involves close collaboration with internal support areas and distributor stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate Red Bull strategic priorities to distributor partners and ensure understanding.
• Develop and implement merchandising standards and sales training materials.
• Create and monitor annual business plans, including distribution, volume, investments, and KPIs.
• Implement tracking systems to benchmark distributor performance against key initiatives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Red Bull systems and use inventory analysis for S&OP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods, with at least 3 years managing distribution partners.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
