DS Manager Global Payroll Product

About the role

The DS Manager, Global Payroll Product will lead the global payroll product strategy, process standardisation and technology enablement for Payroll and Time & Attendance. This position reports to the Finance function and will act as the business product owner across multiple regions during a major organisational separation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global payroll product roadmap, including ServiceNow, Genesys, Veeva and payroll platforms.
• Lead global payroll separation and transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, go‑live and steady state.
• Develop transition plans covering process design, parallel payroll, data validation, testing, training and communications.
• Define data migration, integration, reconciliation and lifecycle management practices for Payroll and Time & Attendance products.
• Ensure payroll processes meet statutory, SOX, audit, privacy and data‑protection requirements.
• Lead global, regional and vendor stakeholders through governance forums, workshops and issue‑resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll, time & attendance, payroll operations or related transformation roles.
• Experience leading global payroll implementations, divestitures, acquisitions or large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders across NA, EMEA, LATAM and ASPAC.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with payroll and workforce platforms such as SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, Workday, Kronos, Workforce Manager, ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Expertise in data migration, integrations, testing, reconciliation and access‑control management.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN or Process Excellence methodologies (preferred).
